It’s time for us to close this project.

It’s been a fun and rewarding 10 years, but other projects are increasingly demanding of our time and attention. What started out as a simple hobby quickly grew into what it is today, and we hope everyone who used Kodiapps and APKTime found them both useful and informative.

We’d like to sincerely thank all of our users and visitors for their continued support over the years — and especially the developers who have continued providing content for the community with little or no personal reward.

The times have changed, however, and so has the scene. Kodi add-ons and Android APKs are constantly shutting down, changing and evolving, making it increasingly difficult to keep up.

BEST MEDIA INTERFACE

Right now, it’s hard to choose between Kodi and Stremio — especially with Nuvio entering the conversation. As much as we love Kodi for many reasons, we believe Stremio just edges it overall when used with TORBOX.

BEST DEBRID SERVICE

With the recent decline of Real-Debrid and the removal of many files, TORBOX has become our go-to option. Since it’s based in South Africa, it’s unlikely to face the same European regulations that RD must comply with.

Using a VPN is never a bad idea — especially when torrents are involved.

• For a free option, Proton is about as good as it gets.

If you don’t want to spend any money whatsoever, torrents remain the best free route.

Use:

• A free VPN such as Proton

• The TOR Browser for accessing torrent sites
